The Havoc XC2 Spike is one of the brand’s most popular spikes and features no-sew FLEXFILM overlays for lightweight support and a Super Light EVA midsole that offers responsive cushioning. Other styles, like the Type A9, are built for road racing and feature a lightweight upper with 3D printed overlays, creating a dynamic racing shoe.

HISTORY

The Cambridge, Mass., based company has been making highly respected running and training shoes since 1898. Inspired by running, Saucony created one of the earliest high-performance running shoes in 1958. Since, the company has maintained a reputation as a top brand for runners. 

In 1977, Consumer Reports Magazine deemed Saucony the “Best Quality” shoe and the brand quickly exploded into the limelight. Utilizing the attention, Saucony went crazy during the ‘80s, creating four original models. The Trainer 80, Jazz, DXN Trainer, and the Shadow were engineered with the midsole and upper sewed directly together, creating a lighter, neutral, and more comfortable running shoe.

VINTAGE STYLE

Saucony remembers its roots by re-releasing some of its original shoes. The classic Jazz, Shadow, Azura, and Bullet are popular models that maintain a vintage look with a few modern tweaks. These shoes are great for your casual look during any season.
