With it’s low top design, the Zoom Kobe IV ensures stability in the foot by locking down the heel while actively cutting in lateral movements by utilizing a TPU external heel counter, internal heel foam and the revolutionary Flywire technology. A pronounced outrigger is located in the forefoot for lateral stability when cutting, while a deep sculpted medial arch and a low stance offer a great court feel. The Zoom Kobe IV uses a combination of Zoom Air™ and LunarLite foam to give you the ultimate in lightweight cushioning and comfort. The outsole of the Zoom Kobe IV uses a tried and true herringbone tread, Nike Free flex grooves on the forefoot and a Y-shaped crash pad on the heel allowing the foot to move and perform in a more natural state while gaining the gripping power and support of the rest of the outsole.
