| The waterproof, windproof and breathable protection in the Saucony Xodus 3.0 GTX trail running shoe is achieved by laminating a GORE-TEX® membrane to the high-performance textile upper, then sealing it with an innovative solution for durable waterproof protection. The membrane's microporous structure keeps external moisture out, while still allowing moisture from perspiration to escape, delivering optimal comfort when battling the elements. Featuring a 4mm offset, this shoe allows for a lower impact stride. PRO-LOCK support straps on either side of the midfoot, extend to one eyelet and encase the foot to lock it down onto the midsole. Gusseted tongue helps keep trail debris out, compatible with gaiters to offer increased protection. HydraMAX collar lining provides next-to-skin comfort and maximizes wicking. ProGrid™ LITE midsole absorbs impact, dissipates shock and provides a seamless transition from heel through forefoot. SSL EVA is designed to maximize rebound and durability while minimizing weight. External Bedrock Outsole (EBO) is sandwiched between the outsole and midsole and is designed to protect the foot from rocks. Exclusive Vibram® outsole is designed with a durable and aggressive pattern that increases traction in all weather conditions. Multi-directional lugs provide excellent traction. Wt. 12.7 oz. |
