Choosing a Walking/Toning Shoe
Walking shoes needs to have a flexible sole and more bend in the toe than a running shoe. You should be able to twist and bend the toe area. It should also be lightweight and breathable.
Toning shoes typically utilize a specially designed sole, that may have a curved sole that create's a rocking motion or a sole that includes air pods. They increase the use of certain muscle groups, that are meant to further help tone and trim the lower body.
