    Proper Fit (Shoes)

Toe Area: Allow .25" to .5" (thumbnails length) of space between end of longest toe or largest foot and the end of the shoe.

Width Area: Foot is supposed to fit comfortably without stretching the upper over the midsole of the shoe.

    Choosing a Walking/Toning Shoe

Walking shoes needs to have a flexible sole and more bend in the toe than a running shoe. You should be able to twist and bend the toe area. It should also be lightweight and breathable.
