    International Shipping Rates and Policies

    Payment and Delivery
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and JCB credit cards. For your protection, Eastbay reserves the right to hold credit card orders for verification. All information submitted is secure and your account will be billed in US Dollars.

    Australia, Belgium, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Luxemburg, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan, United Kingdom
    Delivery time: approximately 7-10 calendar days from the date of shipment. Orders will generally ship within 24 hours via UPS, subject to payment verification.

    France and Spain
    Delivery time: approximately 20 calendar days from the date of shipment. Orders will generally ship the next business day, subject to payment verification.

    Brazil, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland
    Delivery time: approximately 30 calendar days from the date of shipment. Orders will generally ship the next business day, subject to payment verification.

    All Other Countries
    Delivery time: up to 30 calendar days from the date of shipment.
    Orders will generally ship within 24 hours, subject to payment verification.

    Shipping and handling is 28% of the net order total or a minimum of $39.99.

    International Customs Charges and Duties
    International (outside the USA) customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country.
