Shipping and handling fees depend upon the number of items ordered and the method of delivery that you choose.

Based on the level of service you have requested and your proximity to our Distribution Center in Wisconsin, we may use an alternate method to ship your order. On all orders shipped faster than 5-6 Business Day, we will guarantee delivery or we will reimburse you the additional shipping costs. Weather delays or other factors beyond our control may impact delivery times and are non-refundable.

PO Boxes

For optimal delivery service, if you have a PO Box, please include both your PO Box number and a physical street address for the shipping address. Orders with only a PO Box in the shipping address can only be sent via USPS and may take up to 12 business days for delivery. If you do not have a physical street address, you may contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.

*Expedited Delivery Services
Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) prior to 3 P.M. Eastern Time will ship the same day, subject to complete verification. Orders placed after 3 P.M. Eastern Time will ship the following business day, subject to complete verification. Orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day. Please allow the delivery time on the selected service for your package to arrive once it leaves our Distribution Center. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays.

Expedited delivery is a guaranteed service only available for in-stock items to be shipped within the Contiguous United States. This shipping method is not available for personalized, out of stock/back-order or drop ship items (items shipped directly from the manufacturer).

Expedited delivery services are denoted with an asterisk(*) and are shipped via UPS.

Personalized Items
Personalized items may require up to 5 business days to be completed before they ship out. Expedited delivery is not available for personalized items.
