      Your free shipping is active immediately. You just need to log back into the account you created online to receive the benefits.

    3. I live in Canada. Do I still get FREE shipping if I'm a member? What would be the benefits for joining?
      Free shipping is only available for shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous states. If you live outside of this area, you are not eligible to join.
    4. I am a Loyalty Club member and just bought a batting cage online. Then I found out I do not get FREE shipping. Why?
      The Free shipping is only valid on eligible purchases that qualify for standard shipping charges. Items that do not qualify are indicated in the product copy in red.
    5. I don't have an email address. How can I get this code and other member benefits?
      A valid email address is a requirement to join. All notices and communications will be sent via email only.
    6. I just signed up to be a Loyalty Club member (Gold and Platinum only). Now I want to place another order. Where is my 25% off code?
      The code will be coming to you via email. It does not get sent immediately after the order. It should arrive in your inbox within 2 business days of your order.
    7. My friend gave me his 25% off code to use online. I tried to use it and it doesn't work. Why?
      The code is a one-time use only code. If your friend already used it, it is now invalid. If you would like to receive 25% off your next order, you will need to join either our Gold or Platinum Clubs.
    8. How often will I get early markdown emails and special member-only offers?
      These are sent out periodically to our Loyalty Club customers. Exact mailings and offers cannot be determined at this time.
    9. On which websites can use I my membership?
      Eastbay Loyalty Club Membership benefits may be used at www.eastbay.com
    10. When do I get the 800 number? Where is it located on the site?
      Your special 800 number will arrive to you via the email address you provided to us during your enrollment. You will receive this number at the same time you receive your one-time-use 25% off promotion code. The 800 number is reserved for Loyalty Club members only and can be viewed when you log into your account. This number cannot be used for launch items.
    11. Can I purchase uniforms and shoes for my team and get it all shipped to me in 3 days for FREE?
      Eastbay Loyalty Club benefits cannot be used in conjunction with team discounted orders and cannot be used at www.eastbayteamsales.com.
    12. Can I use my 25% off code when I purchase uniforms and shoes for my team?

    13. I'm a Gold Club member and I'm ordering a personalized pair of shoes. Do I still get those within 3 days for FREE?
      Personalized products can take up to 3 weeks for our teams to complete your order. Once they are completed, they will be sent out to you and arrive within 3 days.
    14. I don't want to give you all of my personal information. Can I still be a member?
      Providing your personal information is a requirement of the program. Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. You may obtain a copy of our privacy policy from our website or by calling 1.800.826.2205.
    15. Will you be sending me a Loyalty Club card so I can remember my loyalty number?
      There are currently no cards to keep track of with the Eastbay Loyalty Club. Simply log into your account on www.eastbay.com to receive Eastbay Loyalty Club Membership benefits.
    16. Am I able to upgrade or downgrade my current membership?
      Members of a current club level must wait for their current membership to expire. At that time, a new club membership is able to be renewed.
