What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept forms of payment via Internet, phone and mail. Please review the information below for the types of payments accepted for each category.

For your protection, Eastbay reserves the right to hold credit card orders for verification.
All online orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server.

*We welcome your check. Please note: Checks must be made payable to Eastbay. Starter checks and checks above $500.00 will not be accepted. Checks must be received at Eastbay within 15 days of the date on the check. Name, street address (no PO Box) and daytime phone must be imprinted on the check. If not, please handprint this information in the upper left hand corner and initial any alterations. Checks must be signed by the same name imprinted on check. For your protection, all personal checks are subject to complete address and bank verification. Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with Service Charges, may be debited electronically from your account or collected using a bank draft drawn from your account. All mailed checks are screened by Certegy.
How to Get a Money Order
Print out and complete our online order form. Go to your nearest post office or grocery store and ask the teller for a money order for the exact amount of your order. Don't forget to include all taxes, shipping and handling fees. Note: The post office only will accept cash to purchase money orders.
Credit Card Verification Code
For your protection, we require an additional set of numbers known as a Verification Code. This is an extra safeguard for credit card purchases.
Depending on the credit card type, it is the 3- or 4- digit number printed on the back or the front of your credit card.
To find your Verification Code, locate your card among those examples pictured below.
Visa/MasterCard/Discover
The verification code is the 3-digit number found on the back of your credit card near the signature panel.
American Express
The verification code is the 4-digit number found on the far right on the front of your credit card.
