Western Union® Quick Pay SM (International)

  1. Calculate the total of your order in US Dollars. Please be sure to include appropriate shipping and handling charges for your order. Details on these charges are available to you on-line under Shipping Info. If in question, please contact us.
    Note: Additional customs and fees may be charged by your carrier in your country, we cannot provide these calculations as they vary greatly by country, please call your local office with questions prior to placing your order.
  2. Go to your local Western Union® office and make a payment using Quick Pay SM (see procedures below).
  3. E-mail, Fax, or Phone your order to us. Please include your customer number and note that a Western Union® Quick Pay SM has been made.
  4. If you do not have a customer number, please include your Billing and Shipping Address, phone and e-mail. We will create an account for you for this and future orders.
  5. Once your order has processed, which can take up to 48 hours, (not including Saturday/Sunday or US Holidays), an order confirmation e-mail will be e-mailed to you, followed by a Ship Confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped if an e-mail address has been included with your order information.
    Note: if an item(s) is no longer available when your order is placed, the balance of your order will ship and any credit left over will be a credit on your account for future purchases.
Quick Pay SM at Western Union® Procedures:

Quick Pay SM allows you to make cash payments in your local currency. Consult your telephone directory under Money Transfer for the nearest Western Union® location, or check for your closest Western Union® location using their website at www.westernunion.com

When you arrive at the Western Union® location, be sure to:

  1. Use the BLUE Quick Pay SM form.
  2. Use EB/ WI as the Locale/Code City
  3. Account Number should be: 0000000 (7 zeros)
Quick Pay SM fees vary from country to country, but are generally around $15 US Dollars for amounts up to $3,000.

  2. Go to your local Western Union® office and make a payment using Quick Collect SM (see instructions below*).
  3. E-mail, Fax, or Phone your order to us, please include your customer number and note that a Western Union® Quick Collect SM has been made.

  5. Western Union® Prepaid Services (Domestic Phone Orders - US Only)
  1. Call Eastbay at 1.800.826.2205 to place your order.
  2. Bring your Eastbay transaction number and exact cash payment to any Western Union® Agent location. (Total payment includes purchase amount and $6 Western Union® processing fee per order.)
  3. Fill out the grey Western Union® Prepaid Services from at the counter using your Eastbay order number.
  4. Present the completed form and the exact cash payment to the Western Union® Agent clerk. Eastbay will begin processing your order as soon as the transaction information is transmitted.
Note: Cash orders must be paid within 5 business days or they will be cancelled. Please allow 30 minutes between placing your order and making your payment with Western Union®.
