Terms & Conditions for Eastbay E-mail GiftCards
The Eastbay E-mail GiftCard - It's On Everyone's List!™
- Eastbay E-mail GiftCards can be ordered in any amount from $10 to $500. You can order or reload* your E-mail GiftCard at eastbay.com or by phone at 1.800.826.2205.
- Coupon/discount codes may not be used to purchase an E-mail GiftCard unless specified.
The Eastbay E-mail GiftCards are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- You may redeem your Eastbay OR Final Score GiftCards at www.eastbay.com.
- To redeem an E-mail GiftCard, use the 16-digit number and the PIN provided in the e-mail. *Note: If you have the older Eastbay card version, it is a 9-digit number and 6-digit PIN.
- Coupon/discount codes may be used when redeeming an E-mail GiftCard.
- E-mail GiftCards may not be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another GiftCard or E-mail GiftCard unless required by law.
- E-mail GiftCards are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
*Please Note: Our GiftCard program has changed as of September 2005. The new cards are 16-digits for the card number and 8-digits for the PIN. The new cards are now reloadable and will retain the balance if the entire amount is not spent on one purchase for next time you shop! If you are using the older version of our GiftCard, which is a 9-digit card number and a 6-digit PIN number, this card is not reloadable and you must redeem the card in full to place your order online. If you would like to redeem only a portion of an older card, or if you have any additional questions, please contact our Customer Service Department.
