How to redeem a GiftCard
How to redeem your Eastbay or Final Score GiftCard online:
Please note, we have recently changed our GiftCard program. Special notes applying to our old GiftCard program can be found below.
- Once you are in the payment method section of check out, enter your GiftCard number and PIN.
- Please note: If your GiftCard was purchased prior to or during September 2005 and has a nine-digit number and 6-digit PIN, the following applies: We are not able to store GiftCard credits/balances online for these cards. If your total purchase is less than your GiftCard amount, please call our Customer Service Department toll free at 1.800.826.2205 to place your order and redeem your GiftCard.
- Submit your order.
- After your order has been placed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Please keep this e-mail for reference, as it lists your customer number that identifies your account.
How to redeem your Eastbay or Final Score GiftCard by phone or through the mail:
