The steel structure is designed to outlast any team's training and withstand the pounding of any sized athlete. 14" platform width accommodates athletes with larger shoe sizes. Rubber feet on the bottom corners of the box eliminate sliding on any hard training surface whether it's on a turf field, gym floor or in the weight room. Metal stakes can be used to secure the box on grass surfaces. 6" box is stackable with a second Speed Box for drills more effective at a 12" height. Heavy duty anti-skid adhesive tape provides slip free surface for secure foot placement and grip. Comes with instructional DVD featuring USC Speed and Strength Coach Chris Carlisle.
